Losing weight without dieting

I cannot reverse my mom’s past of building her abdominal fat or thicker midsection but I can help her reduce it by helping her lose weight. When I was raising my sons sometimes I barely had time for breakfast, had a light lunch and then when I got home I ate as much as possible and it still didn’t feel like enough. When I finished my omnivore meal I would crave something sweet, then something salty, then sweet, then salty until it was time to sleep; yet I had no time or energy to work it off. So I went to sleep and all those calories were having a blast and building into sugar and fat, while I slept. No matter how much I would work it off the next day it was almost impossible to do so. Until I met my seventy year old friend who was the boys nanny. I learnt from her that she never had a full meal at night but maybe just a light snack and she was as fit as a fiddle and lived to 97 years old. Now we eat like kings for breakfast, a great lunch like princesses and snack in the evening and we are keeping the extra weight off.

When I say exercise for my mom it requires a walk and some mild chair exercises, For someone that was inactive for sometime the results are much more outstanding than someone like me. I have been trying to stay in shape by jogging and exercising for years but my mom’s results were quicker than mine.
