Who we are

We are all about sustainability, and eating healthy food toward an active lifestyle.  Eating vegetarian beats feeling physical pain, sleep apnea, disease and aging. 

After reading “Keep Sharp” by Sanjay Gupta, MD, watching “What the Health” and “We are what we eat” on Netflix, with the influence of my son and seeing my mom’s health declining and back pain increasing, we decided to eat vegetarian meals. 

After two months her back pain disappeared. In one year she lost several pounds and walks at least one kilometer a day at 88 years old.
